Bambrew is a deep-tech material science company building plant-based, biodegradable alternatives to single-use plastic - serving both B2B and D2C customers. We're looking for someone who can own performance marketing end-to-end and turn spend into measurable growth.

The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid and lifecycle channels across WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and email. You'll be the person who takes a campaign from targeting logic to creative briefs to daily optimization to ROAS reporting - with minimal handholding.

This is a highly execution-driven, numbers first role. If you love dashboards more than decks, this is for you.

What You'll Own

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Campaign strategy, audience building, A/B testing of creatives and copy
Budget allocation and bid optimization across funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Retargeting and lookalike audience strategy




Working with design/content to brief and iterate on ad creatives

Google Ads
Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
Keyword strategy, negative keyword management, Quality Score optimization
Landing page conversion tracking and CRO inputs

WhatsApp Marketing
Broadcast strategy and segmentation (via tools like WATI, Interakt, or similar)
Template creation and approval management
Automation flows (abandoned cart, order updates, re-engagement)

Email Marketing
Campaign and flow setup (we currently use Brevo)
List segmentation, A/B testing subject lines/content, deliverability management
Lifecycle sequences: welcome series, nurture, win-back, post-purchase

Cross-Channel
UTM hygiene, tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs)
Weekly/monthly performance reporting with clear ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
Budget planning and pacing across channels
