About the Role
ApoKOS Rehabilitation is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to contribute towards achieving the company’s revenue and occupancy targets.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals, generating and managing leads, converting leads to admissions, and improving brand and service awareness among the target audience.
The role requires a strong drive for sales, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with the identified target audience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Identify suitable target doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Establish contact and develop relationships with the identified audience.
Create a sales call plan to meet the target audience at regular intervals.
Ensure the target audience stays updated with relevant information regarding company services.
Maintain daily sales reports and the CRM database.

2. Lead Management and Conversion
Track and meet all leads generated through sales activity, online marketing, and organic leads.




Convert leads to admissions by understanding requirements and explaining the services, care, and treatments offered.
Maintain the CRM database for all leads.

3. Marketing
Provide ideas for improving brand and service awareness in the market.
Provide up-to-date information regarding competitors and their marketing and sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Preferred Qualification: MBA
Experience: 0–5 years of relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong desire and drive for sales and achieving targets and numbers.
Robust negotiation and persuasion skills.
