Role Description The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the gym floor, ensuring exceptional member experience and service quality. This full-time, in office role in New Delhi includes supervising trainers, coordinating group classes, managing personal training schedules, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.



The Fitness Manager will develop and monitor fitness programs, support member assessments, and help clients progress toward their goals. The role also involves staff coaching, performance tracking, and collaborating with management on promotions, events, and membership retention initiatives. The Fitness Manager is expected to lead by example, embodying the SK-27 values of professionalism, motivation, and holistic wellness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Group Exercise and Group Training to design and supervise effective class formats.
