Role Description The Project Architect role at Green Home Properties is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.



The Project Architect will lead architectural design and documentation for residential and mixed-use projects, translating client requirements into functional and sustainable design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts and detailed drawings, coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, overseeing design intent through all project phases from schematic design to construction administration. The Project Architect will also support LEED and other sustainability objectives, participate in client presentations, and help manage schedules and deliverables to keep projects on time and within scope.
