Role Description The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, designing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.



The person in this role will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, drive employer branding initiatives, and use data to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and aligning hiring decisions with business goals and company culture.
