Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Hubli-Dharwad.



The role involves supporting sales strategy execution, managing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth for material handling and coolant management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering technical-commercial proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and assisting in negotiations and order closures. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution offerings and timely project execution. The role also includes maintaining sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
