Role Description The SOTO Travel Desk Agent/Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Saket, responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling flight, hotel,



and car rental reservations; coordinating SOTO (Sold Outside Ticketed Outside) bookings; and ensuring compliance with company travel policies and fare guidelines. The role involves assisting travelers and travel coordinators by providing itinerary options, fare comparisons, and timely support through phone, email, and other channels. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to process approvals, optimize travel costs using the company’s booking engine, and resolve any issues related to bookings, changes, or cancellations. Maintaining accurate records, preparing basic travel reports, and delivering consistent, professional customer service are key aspects of this position.
