Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Gurugram. The Lead Generation specialist will identify and qualify new leads for HubHawks’ services, focusing on authors, publishers, and related businesses. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing potential client segments, maintaining lead databases, and reaching out through calls, emails, and digital channels.



The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, schedule meetings, and track lead conversion. The individual will be expected to provide regular reports on lead performance and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Lead Generation and experience identifying and qualifying New Leads.
Ability to conduct structured Market Research and analyze industry trends and target segments.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with potential clients.
Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with the ability to nurture prospects and support deal closure.
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
