Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Mumbai. The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
The person in this role will help with onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and maintaining HR databases. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR policies communication, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating basic personnel administration tasks. The HR Intern will collaborate closely with the HR team, provide administrative support, and contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices.
Ability to learn and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
Interest in Personnel Management, including employee records, onboarding, and basic HR documentation.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
