About the Role
As the Platform / DevOps Lead, you will define, standardize, and continuously improve the infrastructure, automation, security, monitoring, and operational practices across the organization.
You will work closely with the CTO to establish engineering standards, improve operational maturity, and build scalable infrastructure that supports both internal platforms and global client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems,



mentoring engineers, and driving long-term technical improvements—not just managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy
- Define infrastructure architecture and engineering standards.
- Establish scalable and secure cloud deployment practices.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption.
- Improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Build reusable platform components for engineering teams.

Cloud & Infrastructure
Own and manage infrastructure across:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Hetzner
- OVH
- DigitalOcean
- Other cloud providers as required

Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for diverse client environments.

DevOps & Automation
- Define CI/CD standards.
- Improve deployment pipelines.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Establish release management practices.
