Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented qualified to join our team as a BTL Activation Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact BTL marketing, offline sales, and customer acquisition activities, including exhibitions, mall activations, society activations, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and other on-ground initiatives.
The role will focus on brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, offline sales conversion, and revenue growth through effective BTL campaigns and retail/offline sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL campaigns, exhibitions, mall/society activations, roadshows, fairs, and promotional events.
Drive offline/direct sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue through on-ground activities.
Identify new opportunities for exhibitions, events, malls, societies, corporate events, and other sales platforms.
Develop effective sales pitches, customer engagement strategies, and brand communication.
Set and achieve daily, event-wise, weekly,



and monthly sales and lead targets.
Lead, train, and manage the BTL/offline sales team on product knowledge, pitching, objection handling, and conversions.
Lead and supervise the team during activations and ensure maximum customer engagement and sales opportunities.
Manage customer leads and coordinate with the team for follow-up and conversion.
Manage and monitor offline sales channels and sales performance.
Track daily sales, order value, product-wise sales, channel-wise performance, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS, BTL Activity MIS, Lead MIS, and Conversion Reports.
Maintain Inventory MIS, including opening stock, inward stock, sales/consumption, closing stock, returns, damages, and stock variance.
Coordinate with Warehouse/Inventory teams for stock planning, movement, replenishment, and reconciliation.
Ensure adequate product availability
