Role: Store & Inventory Manager
The Store & Inventory Manager is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations while maintaining complete control and accuracy of the store’s inventory.
This role requires someone who can balance premium customer service,



team leadership, sales performance, visual presentation, and detailed inventory management. The Store & Inventory Manager will ensure that every aspect of the store reflects TheKalakriti’s standards of luxury, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations and Customer Experience
Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store functions efficiently.
Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience aligned with TheKalakriti’s brand values.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and escalations professionally.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, presentation, visual merchandising, and product placement.
Ensure all displayed products are correctly labelled, priced, and presented.
Manage store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, billing, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
