Role Description The Director of Catering Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading and growing the hotel’s catering and events business. This position oversees the entire catering sales process, including prospecting, client consultations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-event follow-up. The Director collaborates closely with the events, banquet, culinary,



and revenue management teams to design customized event packages, ensure seamless execution, and maximize profitability. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, conducting site inspections, forecasting catering revenue, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The role also involves mentoring the catering sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that each event reflects Luxury Hotel’s standards of service and guest satisfaction.
