Creative Designer (Video + Graphics + Shoot Direction)
Influence | Greater Noida West | Full time, 6 days a week, work from office
In-hand: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio
Experience: 2 to 3 years. Freshers will not be considered.

Read this before you apply
This is a combined role. You must shoot, direct, edit and design. If you only make graphics, this is not for you. If you only cut videos, this is not for you. If you have never stood behind a camera and run a shoot, this is not for you.
We get a high volume of applications from candidates who fit one of the three, not all three. Those applications get rejected at stage one. Save yourself the wait.
You also need working command of English. You will sit in rooms with founders, CXOs and investors, take a brief live, and write shoot scripts. Language is part of the job, not a bonus.

About Influence
Influence is a founder authority and reputation consulting firm led by Shriya Mukherjee. We work with startup founders, CXOs,



investors and growth-stage brands across India and the UAE, building visibility and credibility through media, content and storytelling.
You will not be making template creatives for a client list you never meet. You will be on shoots with the founders themselves, building the content that shapes how the market sees them.

What you will actually do
Shoot and direct
Plan and run shoots end to end. Build the shoot plan, the script and the shot list before the camera comes out. Operate the camera. Handle framing, lighting and audio. Direct founders and clients who are not trained performers and need to be made comfortable on camera.

Edit
Cut reels, shorts, podcast episodes, interviews, testimonials, event films and brand films. Colour grade. Mix and clean audio. Add motion graphics, transitions, captions and sound design. Deliver platform-ready, on time.

Design
Build static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, covers and campaign assets for Instagram
