- Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements (weddings, gifting, daily wear), and guide them through our exclusive collections.
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain jewelry details, purity, and value factors (including HUID Hallmark, weight, and making charges) to build customer confidence.
- Stock Management: Handle high-value inventory with utmost care. Perform daily opening and closing stock counts at assigned counters.
- Showroom Aesthetics: Maintain immaculate display aesthetics, ensuring all jewelry is clean, properly tagged, and beautifully presented.
- Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with customers, following up on custom orders and updating them about current collections or festive offers.
