JOB DESCRIPTION - COMPUTER OPERATOR

Position: Computer Operator
Department: Administration / Operations
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and updating of company records.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical documents.
- Prepare reports, statements, letters, and other documents as required.
- Handle MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office for daily office work.
- Maintain databases, registers, records, and files.
- Enter and verify data received from different departments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and documents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Stores, Purchase, Production, and other departments.
- Maintain proper backup and filing of important computer records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining departmental records.




- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong data-entry and documentation skills.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized board/university.
- Computer certification or relevant computer course will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, MIS Executive, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with good computer and MS Office skills may also be considered.
