Job Title: Quantity Surveyor, BANGALORE

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Monitor and control project budgets, providing regular updates to management.
- Manage the tendering process, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all financial obligations.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and cost implications.
- Prepare financial reports and final accounts for completed projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management, or a related field.




- years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
- Robust understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., AUTOCAD..) are a plus.
