Global Group is looking for a hands-on SEO and Lead Generation professional to take ownership of our online growth, with a focus on driving online sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic traffic and online sales through SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, content, internal linking and backlinks.
- Identify and fix conversion gaps across product pages, category pages, landing pages, navigation, CTAs and checkout.
- Optimise the complete sales funnel, from search and website visits through product discovery, add-to-cart and purchase.
- Track traffic, user behaviour, conversion, revenue and organic performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other relevant tools.
- Improve product presentation, content, landing pages, offers and customer journey to increase conversion and average order value.
- Work with designers/developers to implement website, landing-page and performance improvements.
- Analyse competitors, search trends and customer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide clear,



data-driven recommendations focused on revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, with experience in e-commerce websites and sales funnels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console; Google Tag Manager/Merchant Center is a plus.
- Valuable knowledge of website development, website building, website structure, UX, landing pages and technical SEO.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with graphic designers and content teams.:
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, focused on sales, not just traffic or rankings.

Preferred
- Confident on-camera presence, comfortable volunteering for videos, and able to represent the brand naturally across social media.
- Experience with premium retail, consumer technology or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
