Key Responsibilities
- Understand and qualify leads received through various channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and online/offline demonstrations.
- Explain Texaavy Infotech's products and solutions in a transparent and convincing manner.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and solution details.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand and propose suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries related to products, features, integrations, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and assist the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Presales / Inside Sales / Business Development / Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and business processes.
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
