Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings through airline portals and approved booking platforms.
- Prepare fare quotations and assist with ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Check and communicate airline fare rules, baggage allowance, cancellation policies, and applicable charges.
- Monitor booking deadlines, flight schedule changes, cancellations, and airline updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely ticketing and smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle customer queries related to flight bookings and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, bookings, invoices, refunds, and other ticketing documents.
- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Follow Company SOPs, airline guidelines, and service standards.
- Perform any additional ticketing or travel-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing.
- Knowledge of fare rules, reissue, cancellation, and refund procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
- Experience with airline portals/booking platforms will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry preferred.
