Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct meeting with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable technical specifications.
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop process models, document workflows, and create user stories to support project development.
- Assist in project planning, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Generate detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to resolve issues, manage expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Develop test cases, conduct system testing,



and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users on new systems and technologies.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in an IT setting.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
