Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
- Ensure project designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor project progress to ensure completion within the scheduled timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Lead and guide junior engineers and technical staff by assigning tasks and providing technical support.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and report updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards at the project site.
- Perform risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
- Liaise with government authorities for required approvals and regulatory clearances.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
- Manage material approvals and coordinate procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution and recommend effective solutions.
- Promote best practices and innovative methods to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in PWD/CPWD or airport infrastructure projects will
