We are seeking a Business System Analyst who combines strong business analysis capabilities with a deep understanding of technology, system integrations, and technical feasibility. This individual will operate as a bridge between business strategy and solution design, capable of shaping requirements, assessing process and value gaps, recommending future-state capabilities, and producing high-level solution designs and rational, data-backed recommendations across the SDLC.
- Provide support for strategic initiatives and idea vetting by completing all required documentation, performing data collection, and conducting analysis for business processes under review with guidance from Business Architect.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of gathered information, including the creation of current-state process maps, experience maps, and other artifacts.
