Overview:
The Cash Application Analyst plays a critical role in the optimization hand on and oversight of cash application processes. This position requires a higher level of analytical thinking, process improvement focus,



and interface with global stakeholders and internal O2C partners across the High Radius and/or Emagia ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks & Duties:
• Independently manage & monitor automated and manual cash application activities using High Radius CAA and/or Emagia Cash Application module.
• Analyze unapplied cash & implement resolution strategies in collaboration with CLS, DMS & EIPP teams.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for High Radius & Emagia CAA processes & workflows.
• Lead and/or support continuous improvement projects to streamline cash application processes.
• Reconcile payment data discrepancies between ERP & High Radius CAA cloud and/or Emagia Cash Application Module.
• Generate KPI metrics, support audit requests, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Train & mentor junior team members on tools, processes, and standards.
• Support integrations between CAA
