Architect - 3-5 Years Experience | Chennai

C. Subba Rao Associates, a Chennai-based architectural practice with over 40 years of experience, is looking for an Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

We work across residential, commercial and healthcare projects and are looking for someone interested in a long-term association and professional growth.

Requirements:
- B.Arch / M.Arch with 3-5 years of experience:
- Strong design, detailing and working drawing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit is an advantage
- Experience in site coordination and execution
- Good communication and ability to work independently

As a small practice, the role will also involve graphic design, social media, presentations, office templates and standardisation, so versatility and initiative are valued.

Salary:



₹30,000 onwards, based on experience
Location: Chennai | Full-time | On-site
Working Days: Monday-Saturday | 1st & 3rd Saturdays holiday

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
