We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Systems Engineer Intern / Fresher to join our engineering infrastructure team. In this role, you will assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our growing IT environments and systems. You will work closely with software developers and operations teams to ensure the highest levels of system availability, performance, and security. This is an ideal launchpad for an aspiring engineer eager to gain deep, hands-on experience with server administration, networking, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and supporting installed systems, servers, and infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively diagnose, report, and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Task Automation: Learn and write basic scripts (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate routine operational tasks and reduce human intervention time.
- Team Collaboration:



Work alongside developers and core engineering teams to identify system bottlenecks and support routine deployment cycles.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain explicit, structured, and updated documentation for system configurations, deployment guides, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Core Concepts: Solid foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, VPNs).
- OS Knowledge: Practical familiarity with Linux/Unix command lines or Windows Server administration.
- Scripting (preferred): Basic knowledge of a scripting language like Python or Bash is a strong advantage.
- Mindset: Strong analytical and problem solving mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a deep willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
