Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Titan Eye+ store. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of monthly targets.
- Manage and motivate the store team to deliver strong individual and store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, billing, inventory, housekeeping, and compliance.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other key store KPIs.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure adherence to Titan Eye+ SOPs, visual merchandising, service standards, and operational processes.




- Coordinate with the optometrist and sales team to ensure smooth customer handling and efficient store functioning.
- Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer conversion.
- Ensure proper training, grooming, discipline, and performance management of store employees.
- Maintain robust standards of hygiene, security, safety, and overall store presentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail or Sales will be an advantage.
- 3-6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, consumer durables, or other premium retail.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Excellent team management, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
