Role:
We are looking for a Junior Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in spindle repair and new spindle manufacturing. The role involves supervising shop floor activities, meeting production targets, ensuring quality, and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise spindle repair & current spindle manufacturing processes.
- Allocate work, track daily targets, and maintain production records.
- Ensure quality checks, safety, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with quality & maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Support training and skill development of workers.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- 1-3 years’ experience in machining/repair/manufacturing (freshers may apply).
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC/grinding/balancing is an advantage.
- Good communication & leadership skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
