We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative who can generate leads, connect with business owners, explain digital marketing services, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and field visits
- Connect with business owners and explain company services
- Pitch digital marketing solutions including:
- Social Media Management
- Reel Creation
- Meta Ads
- Branding
- Website Development
- Content Marketing
- Schedule client meetings and presentations
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred




- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Hindi and Bengali (English preferred)
- Confident personality with presentation skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Experience in agency sales or digital marketing sales
- Knowledge of social media trends
