Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Store Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, and dispatch activities for liquor distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and store operations.
- Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of liquor products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Manage batch-wise and brand-wise inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of products.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of stock.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, sales teams, and distributors for timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper handling, security,



cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
- Maintain records required for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/stores operations, preferably in liquor distribution or FMCG.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and stock accuracy.
- Ability to manage dispatch operations and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,235.61 - ₹32,530.73 per month
