Branch Manager - Jewellery Industry

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations effectively.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Supervise showroom staff and monitor daily activities.
- Maintain stock management, inventory control, and product safety.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and day-end closing procedures.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and operational updates.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of employees.
- Monitor gold rate updates and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products,



schemes, and retail operations.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Computer knowledge and billing software experience preferred.

Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Additional retail management experience will be an advantage.

Salary:
- Best in Industry + Incentives

Additional Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
