a) Plan production capacities line wise as per customer budget plan

b) Prepare OPEX & CAPEX to meet the above plan

c) Plan manpower/staff to ensure production as per above plan

d) Get approval for these plans from Senior Management

e) To meet PQCDSME as per target

a) Plan daily production requirement for each line by 27th of pervious month

b) Plan manpower to achieve daily line wise requirement

c) Review material requirement for the month with SCM team

d) Daily review of 3 days material requirement with SCM & Stores team

e) Monitor production on daily basis and ensure 100% delivery adherence

f) Inform customer in advance in case of shortages due to external workplace beyond control of SMIL

g) Ensure up keepment of all equipment’s and facilities to meet daily production

h) Monitoring in process & outgoing quality

i) Maintain safety & discipline
