Role Summary

The Sales Supervisor / Team Lead will be the primary bridge between the Founder/Director and the sales team. You will be responsible for driving monthly sales targets, managing car inventory movement, overseeing lead management across all digital platforms, and coaching the sales team to consistently deliver results. This is a high-ownership role requiring a blend of people leadership, operational discipline, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Own and drive a monthly sales target of 10 - 20 pre-owned vehicles.
- Monitor daily lead flow from platforms such as Cars24, CarDekho, OLX Autos, FB Marketplace, and company website.
- Ensure all inbound leads are logged, followed up, and converted with urgency and professionalism.
- Coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and customer walkarounds.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.

2. Team Supervision & Mentoring
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales executive team on a daily basis.




- Conduct regular product knowledge and sales technique training sessions.
- Set individual performance goals and carry out periodic reviews.
- Address team concerns, resolve escalations, and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Identify top performers and recommend incentive/recognition programs.

3. Inventory & Operations Management
- Oversee daily car inventory inspection and ensure checklists are signed and submitted.
- Maintain and update inventory master sheets, flagging pricing changes and availability in real time.
- Track and report vehicles requiring repair or refurbishment; coordinate with the service team.
- Implement a strategy to liquidate aged inventory within 45 days to optimise capital turnover.

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all vehicle documentation — Insurance, RTO, Challan clearance, Form 28/29/30, etc. — is verified before delivery.
- Supervise and support smooth processing
