We’re looking for smart, energetic college students (or grads) who want real-world exposure to the business side of real estate, branding, investments, and marketing.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Create qualified Information Memorandum (IM) packs for investors and clients
- Visit premium properties and project sites to collect data.
- Capture photos/videos of properties for marketing and presentations
- Call and qualify incoming leads before passing them to senior members of the team.
- Help create Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media marketing content
- Work on presentations, branding ideas, and property storytelling
- Get exposure to real estate transactions, investors,



developers, and clients

Who We’re Looking For
- College students or freshers / grads
- Good English communication skills
- Confident while speaking on calls
- Able to use Gen-AI to be more efficient.
- Canva/PowerPoint/social media skills definitely reqd.
- Someone confident, curious, creative, and willing to learn. No task is beneath you.
- Interest in real estate, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a huge plus
