Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day shop-floor production activities and ensure production targets, quality, manpower productivity and timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily production activities.
- Allocate work to operators, technicians and workers.
- Monitor production targets and job completion.
- Supervise fabrication and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Design, Purchase and Maintenance.
- Monitor manpower productivity and machine utilisation.
- Track rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Maintain daily production reports.




- Ensure proper material identification and movement.
- Report production delays and machine-related issues.
- Maintain shop-floor discipline and housekeeping.
- Ensure PPE, safety and 5S practices are followed.

Requirements:
- 3-7 years of shop-floor/production supervision experience.
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
- Good manpower-handling skills.
- Basic production planning knowledge.
- Basic MS Excel/ERP knowledge.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
