Education -MBA post graduate in Hr and Finance.

Working location - Sector 30 Gurugram, Jaipur.

Shift Timings - 10.00 AM to 7.00 pm.

Package -5 Lpa.

Excellent communication skills Required.

Excellent written communication skills.

Hands on experience in talent sourcing and Hiring.

Expetise To schedule or Arrange Training batches for Recent Hire.

Excellent knowledge of full Employee Life Cycle.

Hands on experience in onboarding and off boarding for Employees.

Expert in handling Bisnusse Escalation Matrix.

Able to organise Audits time to time internally and externally as well.

Expert in delivering. Service deliverry to client.

Excellent knowledge of Stakeholder management.

Experience in handling vendor management.

Ensuring to check compliance time to time.





Good Knowledge of cost optimization.

Able to work in tight deadlines during bisnusse Requirement.

Immediate joinner prefered.

Strong Analytical understanding and approach towards the task.

Relevant profile would be connected by team After shortlisting profile.

Excellent knowledge of hiring resource for international client us /uk Australia Canada.

No Educational Gaps and No absconding cases would be entertained or considered.Zero tolerance for behavioral issue cases. All relevant documents would be. required in relevance of your experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
