Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate banquet bookings, handle client inquiries, conduct venue visits, and close event deals for weddings, corporate functions, birthday parties, engagements, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate banquet leads through calls, references, social media, and field visits
- Handle walk-in and online banquet inquiries
- Coordinate with clients for weddings, corporate events, and parties
- Conduct venue presentations and property tours
- Share packages, quotations, and event proposals
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain lead and client data in CRM/software
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth event execution




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build relationships with event planners, decorators, and vendors

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Robust sales and negotiation ability
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Ability to work on targets

Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in banquet, hotel, wedding, hospitality, or event sales preferred

Experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
