JOB TITLE: CIS Executive - Stock & Inventory Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and monitor the complete jewellery stock of the store.
- Handle all stock inward and outward entries accurately in the system.
- Receive recent stock and verify items against invoices, challans, and system records.
- Ensure proper tagging, barcode entry, product coding, and stock updating.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and identify items/products that are running low.
- Prepare and raise stock replenishment/order requirements as per business needs.
- Coordinate with Head Office, suppliers, and other departments for stock orders and transfers.
- Maintain proper records of stock transfers, stock receipts, returns, repairs, and outward movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and mismatches.
- Take necessary measures to prevent stock damages, losses, pilferage, and shrinkage.




- Monitor damaged jewellery and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Maintain records of damaged, defective, repaired, and rejected stock.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and submit them to management.
- Support periodic and annual physical stock audits.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and ensure that every inward and outward transaction is properly documented.
- Coordinate with the sales team, accounts team, and management for smooth inventory operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs related to inventory control and stock security.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-5 years of experience in jewellery inventory/stock management or retail inventory preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Good computer skills and ability to work on inventory/ERP software.
