DEPARTMENT: Marketing / Business Development
INDUSTRY: Jewellery Retail

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase store footfall and sales.
- Develop and maintain a database of existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer calling, WhatsApp marketing, and regular follow-ups.
- Generate new customers through local market visits and promotional activities.
- Support social media campaigns, digital promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Promote festive offers, new jewellery collections, schemes, and special campaigns.
- Develop local business and corporate tie-ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, offers, and market trends.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly marketing and business targets.




- Prepare basic marketing activity and performance reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and marketing orientation.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Knowledge of local market and customer base will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp marketing.
- Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience in jewellery, retail, FMCG, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
