- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate/property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Coimbatore localities and real estate market preferred
- Ability to independently manage clients and sales process
- Skilled appearance and customer-centric approach
- Two-wheeler and field sales flexibility preferred
- Prior experience in reputed real estate firms is an added advantage
