About Mind Media Entertainment

Mind Media Entertainment is a rapid-growing social-media-first video production company working across content strategy, pre-production, production, post-production, and client servicing.

As the company continues to scale its team and operations, we are looking for an HR Manager who can take complete ownership of the people function — from hiring and onboarding to performance management, policies, discipline, employee development, and retention.

This is not an HR coordination role. We are looking for someone who can build systems, make decisions, solve people problems, and independently run the HR department.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Understand manpower requirements across departments.
- Work closely with department heads to define hiring requirements and JDs.
- Own the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to final closure.
- Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines.




- Build structured interview and assessment processes for different roles.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance and joining ratio.
- Coordinate manpower planning based on company growth and workload.

2. Performance Management
- Build and maintain structured KPA/KPI systems across departments.
- Ensure managers conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Track employee performance, productivity and accountability.
- Identify underperformance early and initiate corrective action.
- Manage PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) processes.
- Ensure performance decisions are supported by proper documentation and data.
- Work with department heads to identify high performers and employees requiring development.

3. Employee Relations & People Management
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and department heads.
