Job Summary - Production Supervisor (Factory)

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role involves supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Production Supervisor works closely with the production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain product quality in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Allocate work, train, and motivate production staff.




- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, including supervisory experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
