Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality embroidery digitizing files as per client specifications.
- Work on logos, patches, appliqué, and various embroidery designs.
- Select appropriate stitch types, density, underlay, sequencing, and pull compensation.
- Ensure designs are production-ready and meet quality standards.
- Review, correct, and modify embroidery files based on client or quality feedback.
- Handle revisions and ensure accurate execution of design requirements.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams when required.
- Troubleshoot digitizing-related issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Software
- Strong hands-on experience in Wilcom.
- Knowledge/experience in Coloreel Digitizing.
- Experience with Pulse Embroidery Software.
- Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing techniques.
- Good knowledge of stitch types, density, underlay, sequencing, and pull compensation.
- Knowledge of different patch types, fabrics,



and embroidery requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical understanding of embroidery digitizing.
- Quality-focused with consistent accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet production targets.
- Willingness to learn recent embroidery techniques and technologies.
- Professional and responsible work attitude.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- EMBROIDERY DIGITIZER: 10 years (preferred)

Language:
- Hindi, English (preferred)
