Key Responsibilities
- Beneficiary Verification: Check patient eligibility on the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY / BIS / TMS portal.
- Pre-Authorizations: Submit initial treatment estimates and follow up for digital approvals.
- Claim Submission: Upload mandatory clinical and billing documents within prescribed timelines.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with TPAs, insurance desks, and state health authorities to clear audit queries and rejections.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or certification in medical administration.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on hospital billing or insurance/TPA desk experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in hospital management systems (HMS) and working knowledge of government health scheme portals.
