Position: Godown Incharge - Paint Industry

Job Summary:
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the godown/depot, including inventory, material handling, dispatch, manpower and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily godown operations, stock and material movement.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
- Manage and supervise godown staff and ensure work is completed on time.
- Coordinate with Sales, Transport and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, safety, housekeeping and compliance.
- Prepare/update daily operational and stock reports.

Experience:



3-5 years in Paint Industry / Paint Warehouse / Depot / 3PL Warehouse preferred.

Skills: Inventory Management, Team Handling, Warehouse Operations, Basic Computer/ERP Knowledge, Coordination & Problem Solving.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
