As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company,
representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to
foster and nurture customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and
exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling
inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues
that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be
key in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential
customers.
* Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate
information.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




* Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
* Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
* Ensure data privacy and security when handling customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building relationships.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
* Knowledge of the BFSI industry is an asset.
