We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team as Commis 1, Commis 2, or Commis 3 depending on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Multi-Cuisine Food Preparation & Line Cooking
- Prepare and execute dishes across Indian, Continental, and Regional cuisines, adhering strictly to Café Tawi Tadka's recipes and quality standards.
- Execute daily prep tasks (mise en place), chopping, marinating, spice-blending, and assembling raw ingredients accurately.
- Operate cooking equipment and manage orders efficiently during peak rush hours to ensure timely service.




- Maintain strict portion control, taste consistency, authentic flavor profiles, and appealing presentation for every dish.

2. Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation
- Maintain strict standards of kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety protocols (FSSAI compliance).
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, utensils, and storage areas regularly throughout the shift.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean, organized workstation setups.

3. Inventory Management
- Assist in daily stock counts, tracking inventory levels of raw ingredients, spices, dairy, sauces, and dry goods.
- Monitor product freshness, practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation, and actively work to minimize food wastage.
- Report low-stock items or impending shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor or Head Chef in a timely manner.
