As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of our back-office team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing
resources, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You
will work closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to resolve
customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the back-office team, ensuring
efficient workflow and timely task completion.
* Coordinate with different departments to align operations and achieve
organizational goals.
* Implement and maintain effective operational procedures and policies.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the CCE team to address customer inquiries and provide
timely resolutions.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Train and mentor back-office staff to enhance their skills and productivity.




* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance operational
strategies.
* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations executive role,
preferably in the BFSI industry.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks.
* Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and
guide a team.
* Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for operational
management.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
