About the role
The Team Leader for Onecom Partners India will provide day-to-day leadership and people management for the India-based team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, attendance, and operational effectiveness. What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage all Onecom Partners India employees, fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and development conversations.
Manage attendance, absence,



holidays, office conduct, and employee wellbeing in line with company policies.
Coordinate performance feedback from UK leaders and SMEs, supporting development plans and career progression.
Oversee resource planning and workload management to ensure effective operational coverage and service delivery.
Act as the primary point of leadership across all Onecom Partners operational functions within India.
Collaborate closely with UK stakeholders to drive performance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
Provide hands-on support for new products, processes, and operational improvements.
Ensure partner and customer queries are resolved efficiently, with proactive communication throughout.
Maintain accurate operational records and promote best practices across all areas of the business.
