About the Role
A Deputy Manager- Operations (Central Operations) role at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and building dashboards, analyzing operational data,



and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. You will act as a core strategic partner to leadership, transforming complex operational and financial datasets into scalable business intelligence, executive insights, identify revenue leakages, and drive fleet productivity across multiple regions. The role requires a solid understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll be Doing
•Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
•Operational Support: Support the central operations team with data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. KPI dashboard design, yield optimization, and cross-functional process automation.
•Establish single-source-of-truth semantic model
